Refund policy
We accept items purchased in new condition within 30 days of the original purchase date for a store credit. .
All merchandise returned for exchange must be in perfect, sellable condition in its original packaging.
The packaging and/or wrapping should not be tampered with for an exchange to be accepted.
LILIPANI are not liable for return shipping costs or responsible in the case your return parcel is lost.
We do not offer refunds unless an item arrives faulty or damaged.
If we have reason to believe that this policy is being abused or that a return is otherwise not being made in accordance with this policy, your return may be refused. Our decision is final.
